1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Alaafia Clean website and booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Alaafia Clean provides professional commercial and residential cleaning services including, but not limited to, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, office sanitization, carpet cleaning, window washing, move-in/move-out cleaning, event clean-up, specialized floor care, and disinfection services. All services are subject to availability and our operational capacity.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Booking: Services can be booked via our website, phone (+234 809 234 5678), or email ([email protected]). All bookings require confirmation from Alaafia Clean.
  • Pricing: Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Any significant changes to the scope of work or property conditions may result in a revised quote.
  • Payment: Payment terms will be discussed at the time of booking. For residential services, full payment may be required upon completion of the service. For commercial contracts, invoicing terms will be agreed upon in advance.
  • Cancellations: Clients must give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide a safe working environment, disclose any special requirements or sensitivities (e.g., allergies, fragile items, challenging pets), and ensure access to the premises at the agreed-upon time. Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to complete the service, and charges may still apply.

5. Our Guarantee

Alaafia Clean strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to re-clean the specific areas that did not meet your expectations, free of charge. This guarantee does not apply to situations where insufficient time was allotted for the service or where original service requests were not fully communicated.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alaafia Clean takes all reasonable precautions to ensure services are performed safely and professionally. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, or damage caused by improper installation of items (e.g., faulty shelving unit which collapses during light dusting). Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Alaafia Clean or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, specifically the laws applicable in Lagos State.

10. Changes to Terms

Alaafia Clean reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services or website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
